People want end political instability

Anwar Ibrahim the Malaysian opposition leader has an audience with the King on Tuesday

The people want an end to the political crisis

The political crisis has deepened in Malaysia and Muhyiddin can’t solve the problem of instability unless he work with Anwar

Malaysia has seen a long period of political instability created by the breaking of the Pakatan Harapan government.

But Anwar Ibrahim, the opposition leader, now has an opportunity to bring stability to the country.

PM Muhyiddin Yassin has an opportunity to reset history for the country and end the political crisis and instability.

“What Anwar is doing is to bring back the people mandate after the betrayal by Dr Mahathir Mohamad and PM Muhyiddin Yassin thanks to the Sheraton move.

“It’s the logical step to take and doing it will bring back the trust in our democracy,” says an observer to WFTV.LIVE.

However, the Pakatan Harapan and Keadilan leader is also offering an olive branch to Muhyiddin.

Keadilan communication director Fahmi Fadzil reiterates Anwar’s offer to Muhyiddin.

On September 23, Anwar Ibrahim said he was willing to work with Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

HONORABLE EXIT

Fahmi Fadzil today says Anwar is prepared to consider a role for Muhyiddin.

He says the aim in offering this olive branch is for the greater goal of setting Malaysia back on track.

“What’s important is the intention of this move; it is very clear and that is to set the country back in the right direction,” Malay Mail reported Fahmi as saying

“Nothing is wrong with this (offering Muhyiddin a role) and taking power through new allies is a perfectly responsible and honourable thing to do,” says the observer.

He says Anwar is the rightful person to occupy the top post through the people’s mandate. Anwar will bring reform to the country, he says.

However, to achieve this, Anwar is offering a hand to Muhyiddin who is struggling with a 2-seat majority that may collapse any time.

Anwar has said he had no personal issues with the Pagoh MP.

He also said the latter’s willingness to work with him would help with a peaceful power transition.

Instead of putting the country in this misery of a prolonged political instability, Muhyiddin should consider Anwar’s offer.

“It will be an honourable exit for a PM.”

“Muhyiddin will be remembered for a long time if he is willing to work with Anwar as his Deputy. Forget about ego.

“The Nation needs a big sacrifice from him. Anyway, both are good friends and still are. Friendship that goes back during UMNO days,” says the observer.
