Ex- Malaysian PM Najib Razak was taken into custody in the witness room attached to the courtroom.
He remained will remain there until the proceedings resumed at 2 pm and he is not allowed to leave since he is convicted.
Food for lunch was provided for him and he is allowed to pray in the room.
This is the second time Najib is held in custody after his first arrest in 2018 when the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission launched its investigation in the SRC International case.

Earlier, Justice Nazlan said, “”I find the accused guilty and convict him on all seven charges.”
High Court judge Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali found Najib, 67, guilty of one count of abuse of power, three counts of criminal breach of trust and three counts of money laundering regarding the misappropriation of RM42 million (S$13.6 million) from SRC International, a former subsidiary of 1MDB.
Each charge carries a prison sentence of up to 15 to 20 years.
