The Star daily paper in Malaysia says the ex-PM Najib Razak is found guilty on all seven charges by Justice Nazlan.
The paper says the Judge believes the defence has failed to establish beyond reasonable doubt the charges of CBT against the accused.
Justice Nazlan says as the shadow director of the company, he was entrusted with the property and with dishonest intention had misappropriated and used for himself the RM42mil.
“I therefore find the accused guilty and convict the accused on all seven charges.”
A crowd of supporters of the ex-PM is at the courts right now to lend him support and they are accused of not following the SOP for the COVID-19 pandemic.
More than 3,000 supporters of ex-Malaysian PM Najib Razak are outside the Kuala Lumpur court complex.
But a WFTV.LIVE source says there is less than 1000 Najib supporters wearing the Bossku T-shirt outside.
Malaysiakini says they are clad either in red or blue with their T-shirts bearing the familiar “bossku” phrase.
It is a sign of reverence for their leader to wear this outfit,. The portal says these supporters come from all over the country.
