Malaysia’s Entrepreneur Development Minister Mohd Redzuan Yusof says his ‘flying car’ is yet to come.
He told The Star today in a video interview the project first came to mind in Japan where he was impressed with the country’s drive for the technology.
He told the daily the ‘flying car’ is being built in Japan and will be shipped to Malaysia soon.
But he said there are offers to start the assembly of the Chinese made flying car in Malaysia.
This, the entrepreneurs told him, would create 2000 jobs and can be used for Island hopping.
Saying that he is not waiting for the flying car for Japan to start such projects in Malaysia, he welcomes the new arrivals.
Known as the Vector, the Malaysian flying car is currently being developed by the Aerodyne Group in collaboration with a Japanese partner, says NST.
